Sikwa gets international recognition

San José's Sikwa has been listed as number 86 in the latest edition of the Top 100 restaurants by Latin America’s Best, which praises chef Pablo Bonilla and his dedication to ancestral cuisine and native roots.

The Top 50 restaurants will be announced at an event celebrating the 10th edition of Latin America’s Best on November 15, 2022 in Mérida, Mexico.

The annual list was created ten years ago by the Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy, comprising 300 leaders in the restaurant industry across the continent.
